The SARL PAYS BASQUE EAUX VIVES sign UR BIZIA RAFTING is a sports entertainment company founded in 1991 That offers whitewater activities such as rafting – hydrospeed or riverboarding – canoeing and inflatable kayak – mini raft.

We are at the origin of the raft in the Basque Country, in fact, we are the first white water base located on the Nive river in Bidarray and are still present to this day, despite severe competition in the sector since our establishment.

The establishment of the company comes from a passion for whitewater, leader Lionel Rossignol and his associates, kayak enthusiasts and other white water activities, wanted to live their passion and create their own jobs in through a professional structure.

In order to preserve our jobs and to complete the activity of UR BIZIA, we acquire land on Bidarray near our whitewater company, and create the“CAMPING AMESTOYA” in 2008.

The creation of our camping came from an observation, the groups that we supervise in the summer encounter some problems for lodging, so they choose a different destination because they can not accommodate. By specializing our campsite in hosting groups, we can provide accommodation and activity.

Throughout his career UR BIZIA has invested in areas related to its business, particular vocational training, every year we recruit of apprentices to train them to a specific diploma to our business the “BPJEPS water activity” unfolds over a year.

Our investment also towards the environment, we participated in contract Nives River, with the joint union of the basin of the Nive and participate every year to clean the river by providing our boats and our staff. We signed a charter of good conduct with the various fishing associations.
